    Cushion Covers

    We are happy to offer a take-back scheme for all our products. Simply contact us and we will provide details for returning your item. As a way of thanking you for valuing our textile resources we will send you a discount voucher for future use. What happens to my returned cushion cover? Items that are unuseable are recycled as fill for other products. Items that still have some useable fabric will have that fabric reused and the remainder will be recycled as fill for other products. Items that are in excellent second hand condition will be rehomed via our second hand market place.

    Packaging

    We are trialing a postage paid return sytem for all our packaging and promotional material so that we can reuse materials if appropriate. Please put all materials in the reply paid envelope and send them back to us. Alternatively our mailers are all home compostable and our promotional material can be recycled.

    Cushion Inserts

    Sadly our recycled PET inserts are currently not able to be recycled or reused but we are working on a way to address this issue and hope to be able to offer a return service for these too in the future.
  • Home compostable

    Mailing Bags

    We are trialing a postage paid return sytem for all our packaging including mailing bags but if you would prefer, our bags can be home composted. We recommend chopping them in to smaller pieces first.
  • General Recycle

    Promotional Cards

    We are trialing a postage paid return sytem for all our promotional material, but if you prefer this material can be recycled in your usual paper/cardboard recycling bin.
