Make adjustments across our business so that our operations, including the footprint from our virtual team, is emissions neutral. Our plan is as follows:

1. Step 1: Benchmark out current footprint by Jun 30 2023
2. Step 2: Migrate to Renewables and Hosting providers by September 2023
3. Step 3: Submit our analysis for certification by Climate Active by Dec 31st
