Rocky Ridge collaborated with Tolga Farm and other local partners to use single-origin, regeneratively grown barley, ensuring that the entire supply chain, from farming to malting, is localized and sustainable.

Reduction of Carbon Emissions

By sourcing and producing locally, Rocky Ridge has significantly reduced its carbon footprint, achieving an 80% reduction in emissions compared to conventional methods. This initiative has saved more than 70 tons of CO2-e emissions annually just from malt emissions.
