Resources and Materials

We focus on conserving natural resource and selecting sustainably sourced materials. To achieve this we aim to conserve water, eliminate waste, and source sustainable materials.

Climate Action

We focus on adapting to and doing our part to mitigate climate change. To achieve this we aim to continuously improve our energy efficiency, use renewable energy and purchase carbon offsets, work with industry partners and our suppliers to reduce embodied carbon in our materials and products, create places and buildings resilient to the impact of climate change, work with tenants to reduce carbon in operations.

Nature and Pollution

We focus of protecting and restoring the natural environment. To achieve this we aim to enhance biodiversity of both flora and fauna, connect the built to the natural environment, maximising opportunities for the connection people to nature, reduce our impact on air, water and land quality and eliminate pollution.
