Sustainable Packaging Choices
Since 2023, we’ve offered our customers a choice of packaging options:
1. To receive the order without the usual cardboard, instead sending it in a hot water dissolvable bag (Hero Packaging's Aquahero dissolvable cellulose bags)
2. To receive the order in a compostable mailer or a landfill biodegradable mailer… depending on your circumstances for disposal

Certified Plastic Neutral
Our promise is to remove as much plastic from nature as used in our supply chain. Going Plastic Neutral is a continuous commitment, and that’s why we are working with rePurpose Global to ensure we are repatriating as much plastic from the environment as possible — and build a more circular business and delivery model.

Terracycle & Good Sheet
All plastic that comes as part of our supply will be offset with collection by rePurpose Global, and also by actual recycling with Terracycle. We are now sending our supplier sent, shipment packing (soft plastic, zip locks bags) to Terracycle to be recycled.
