➢ Adopt a policy of continual improvement such that environmental performance exceeds minimum legislative requirements.
➢ Eliminate or minimise any negative environmental impact of its operating processes, work procedures, facilities and any other process that may be harmful to the environment.
➢ Through its managers, ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibility to the environment and provide them with adequate leadership, training, systems of work and other resources to fulfil that responsibility.
➢ Communicate openly and honestly with government bodies, industry associations and the community on relevant environmental matters. This commitment to high standards of environmental practice will be an integral part of how Arlec Unit Trust Pty Ltd conducts its business.
