“We realised that so many site visitors and app users didn’t quite know what to search for, so we’ve revolutionised our platform to offer users the familiar experience of a live feed to receive relevant and timely information that they’re interested in, much like a social media platform except that all of of the content relates specifically to sustainability and ESG,” says CEO and Founder Kiarne Treacy.
Now, with thousands of brand sustainability profiles on the platform–comparing both verified brands committed to transparency and AI-generated profiles for those yet to sign up–the Sustainability Tracker platform is set to be the largest and most sophisticated public data source of its kind.

Is there a mobile app available for the platform?
Yes! We have a Sustainability Tracker mobile app currently available on iOS and Android phones. It is being updated soon with full integration of this new feed.
Will you be including comments on posts?
Whoa slow down there cowboy, we’re only just getting started. At this stage we intend to leave comments deactivated but we welcome your ideas and feedback.
Can I schedule posts to go live at a specific time?
Currently, we do not offer a post-scheduling feature, but it’s something we’re exploring.
Is there a way to track how well my post is performing?
We are tracking post performance to help us tweak and improve the design of this new feed, all in an effort to get you the best engagement possible. We share this data on a case by case basis.

How can I make my post stand out?
To make your post stand out, focus on adding high-quality, relevant information with engaging visuals. Attach evidence where possible.
How can I get the top spot?
There are a number of factors that our platform takes into consideration when prioritising content on the newsfeed. In most cases, an updated Action, Product or Recycling post will hit the top 10 spots on the newsfeed if the content is relevant, concise and uses clear language and images.
Why isn’t my new post showing up?
In most cases, new content posts will appear in the live feed within a minute or so. If your post has not hit the feed within 10 minutes, you may want to check the quality/relevance of the content, images and headlines to ensure you’re posting the most valuable content. If you’re still not seeing your post, check with our customer service team here.
Why has my post been removed from the homepage?
Posts may be removed if they violate our member guidelines or if the content becomes outdated or irrelevant. If your post has been removed and you believe this is a mistake, contact our customer service team to investigate.
How do I update or edit my post after it’s been published?
If you need to make changes to your content, simply navigate to your profile and locate the post. There, you can click ‘Edit’ to update your information or images. Note that updates may take a few minutes to appear on the homepage.
Can I delete my post after publishing it?
Yes, if you decide that a post should no longer be visible on your profile or in the feed, simply navigate to your profile, locate the post, and click ‘Delete’. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What if I don’t want my new content to appear on the homepage?
Our platform is designed for transparent brands who tell it like it is and have nothing to hide. If you don’t want your content to be published to the feed, speak to our customer service team about how we can help you build the confidence to share your story. Alternatively, you might like to set your page to private while you get all the data uploaded and looking fab!
Content Moderation:
Why is the image so blurry?
The optimum image to upload is 578 by 578 pixels in a high res format, but not too high – for faster loading, we recommend uploading images that do not exceed a 2mb file size.
How can I report inappropriate content?
If you come across content that violates our member guidelines, you can report it by emailing our team at hello@sustainabilitytracker.com Please provide a screenshot and details about the issue. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action.
